Access Group Mosaic
BetterCare Finance, digital self-led financial assessment platform, is fully integrated with Access Group’s Mosaic, Adult Social Care case management software. Looking Local is a member of Access Group’s Partner Programme, accelerating Access Group customers’ access to integrated digital care solutions.
Looking Local is partnered with Bridgit Care’s Digital Carer Support Service which enables unpaid carers to self-assess their needs in order to get the best possible care outcomes in a timely manner.
Bridgit Care’s Digital Carer Support Service will interface with Looking Local’s digital care and support self-assessment platform, BetterCare Support, in order to ensure that both the individual and their carer are able to access the care and support they need.
Looking Local is partnered with OLM’s ECLIPSE, Adult Social Care case management software. This partnership interfaces ECLIPSE with the BetterCare suite of self-assessment platforms: BetterCare Finance and BetterCare Support. These platforms involve citizens in their own care, allowing ownership of their own assessments, while also freeing up resources within the local authority.
This partnership enables self-led financial assessments and strengths-based care and support assessments to be delivered directly into ECLIPSE.
