Looking Local are pleased to be presenting ScanStation at London Borough of Lambeth Council for a second time later this year. The event will take place at Lambeth Town Hall on the 19th of September, running from 11:00-14:00 (tbc).
ScanStation is an easy-to-navigate customer facing app that enables claimants to self-scan documents to support a range of services such as Housing Benefit Claims, Council Tax Reduction, Blue Badge Claims and much more.
Our 15+ partner Local Authorities have been able to reduce average transaction times down from over 10 minutes to 3.4 minutes for a 3-4 page document, and created efficiencies (back-office / staff time) with this customer self-scanning approach – and have seen average savings of over £100k per year.
As the first London authority to go live with ScanStation, Lambeth are in a unique position to showcase the platform, and are pushing forward in making sure their customer experience is simple for customers and efficient for Lambeth. They’ll be discussing the strategic thinking and decision making that went into commissioning ScanStation, and will share their experiences of using it since going live.
This event will give you a chance to see ScanStation in action and hear from the team at Lambeth Council who will share their experiences of ScanStation since its implementation.
